This monthly course offers a monthly deep dive into herbal remedies, ancient myths and powerful rituals to empower women through the moon cycle. Learn about Lunar Goddesses and take wisdom from Pagan deities at times of menstruation and menopause. Find out about powerful plant medicine with the Anglo-Saxon's sacred herbs and know when to harvest them. We will also meet together monthly on zoom between November and March on the New Moon. Each month I'll guide you through folklore, rituals and remedies inspired by Neo-Paganism and rooted in our shared ancestry.

Rituals will be offered in the format of invitations to connect to the natural world through observation and creativity.  An invitation for what to bring to each call (e.g. artefacts from nature or prompts to journal on) will be sent out a week prior to each New Moon. 

A4 guides to folklore, symbolism, rituals and remedies in the form of plant lore and medicine will be released each month and more wisdom will be shared in the New Moon calls. There is also a WhatsApp group for those wishing to connect in between the New Moon calls.

🕯️Practicalities

Access to the course materials opens on the 1st of each month with a live call together on the New Moon that follows. You will then be invited to gather in circle on each New Moon thereafter according to your plan (if you've bought this course as a stand alone 1 month course, please consider enrolling onto next month's course so that you can access future live circles). You will have access to all the course materials for as long as they are hosted on Podia.
