Ecoliteracy for Educators

This online course will equip you with the tools to observe and connect with U.K native tree and plant species as they emerge from their winter dormancy. You'll gain skills to identify plants and their properties (e.g. whether they're edible!), learn about their folklore and ethnobotany (the study of the relationships between plants and people).

This 6 month course will take us through the seasons from the Spring Equinox (20/03/2023) until the Autumn Equinox (23/09/2023) with a month-long break to accommodate school holidays in August.
